Our Products || Pile Cloth Filters
The IN-EKO Pile Cloth Filter “ORSO” is a high-efficiency, fully submerged disc filtration system that delivers continuous, reliable removal of fine solids and contaminants down to 5 microns. Designed for low energy use and stable performance under fluctuating conditions, it ensures superior effluent quality with minimal operating costs - making it ideal for municipal, industrial, and aquaculture applications where performance and reliability are critical.
The Pile Cloth Filter “ORSO” operates on an advanced OUT-IN filtration principle, using a 100% submerged disc filter fitted with a 5-micron pile cloth.
Water flows from the outside to the inside of the filter discs, where suspended solids, organic particles, and fine contaminants are captured by the specially developed pile fabric. This design ensures **continuous filtration - even during backwashing - **while maintaining stable performance under varying hydraulic and contaminant loads.
The system is engineered to deliver high-efficiency filtration with minimal energy input, making it suitable for demanding environments where reliability and effluent quality are critical.
